We are incredibly pleased with our results. Our project: a two car garage conversion into a guest suite. Greg does NOT cut corners, everything is done by the book permits, inspections, and use of quality materials. Our project required raising a floor and a roof and installation of a full bathroom. Greg hired a structural engineer to ensure everything was done perfectly with the structure. We are super pleased with the result the project budget was reasonable and timelines were accurate. And this was our FIRST ever home renovation. Thank you Greg and team!
