This included two complete bathroom renovations/re-plumbing, three bedroom renovations, one living room and laundry/mudroom renovation. We installed new windows, interior/exterior doors, lighting, closets, flooring, smart home devices, re-framed the outside deck, and replaced outdated electrical wiring. Highly recommend Greg and his team. If you are in the Radnor, Bryn Mawr, Wayne area and are looking for ‘design-build quality for regular folks’ you should talk to Greg. We are incredibly pleased with our results. Our project: a two car garage conversion into a guest suite. Greg does NOT cut corners, everything is done by the book permits, inspections, and use of quality materials. Our project required raising a floor and a roof and installation of a full bathroom. Greg hired a structural engineer to ensure everything was done perfectly with the structure. We are super pleased with the result the project budget was reasonable and timelines were accurate. And this was our FIRST ever home renovation. Thank you Greg and team!

I had the pleasure to work with Eden Designs and Greg to complete my unfinished basement Sept 2023. It was awesome experience and could not be more happier with how it turned out. From the start to finish - quotes, design and completion was absolute breeze. Greg and his team worked methodically and you can clearly see they a system in place from framing, plumbing, electrical, and finally putting up the drywall and paint. We got everything we had asked for our basement and was close to our goal budget. As with all renovations - things pop up but set a buffer to help with that. I would do my basement again if with Eden and Greg's team, looking forward to working with for future projects!
